We are an investment company focusing on geothermal projects in Germany and Croatia that are still at the early-stages of development. We believe that geothermal is a neglected source of renewable energy which offers significant advantages. Unlike many other renewable energies, is geothermal’s output constant throughout the day and seasons, thus being essential for providing energy security.
DIRECT HEATING
Direct geothermal heating delivers direct heating, meaning that the energy does not need to be converted from electricity into heat. This enables 100% energy efficiency, with no energy wasted. This is important, as in Germany, for example, which is home to a lot of heavy industry that generates high-temperature process heat, an estimated 45% of its heat is simply lost in the atmosphere. Similarly, a great proportion the heat is lost when converted from renewable power sources.
